F1 The Movie 2025 – My Thrilling Hollywood Experience You Can’t Miss

🏎️ Fast and Furious Vibes: An F1 Viewing Experience at an Old-School Cinema! 🎬

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the theatre was the thin crowd. There weren’t many people around. Perhaps it was because this was a Hollywood movie and not a category that is widely popular in our region.

To be honest, my only connection with Formula F1 was briefly watching the cars zoom past on the Star Sports channel years ago. Yet, despite that distant connection, I had a genuine sense of anticipation for this movie.

🎟️ At the Ticket Counter…

I walked up to the counter to buy my ticket. They were screening the 2D version. My mind drifted back in time. I remember watching movies here in the old days, with “First Class,” “Second Class,” and “Balcony” seating. This was my first visit since the theatre was renovated. I’d heard the Balcony was gone, replaced by modern amenities like sofa seats at the back and cushion seats in the front.

Since there wasn’t much of a crowd, there was no queue. I asked the man at the counter the price of the ticket. He glanced at me and replied: “150 Rupees.”

“I’d like a seat roughly in the middle, please,” I requested.

With a simple “Ah,” he handed me the thermal print copy of the ticket, which mentioned the seat number E12. 🎫

🥵 A Heated Argument in a Hot Cinema!

Clutching the ticket, I sat on a bench, waiting impatiently for the bell to ring so I could enter the main hall. That’s when my attention was caught by a commotion. A young guy who had come to watch the film was arguing with the theatre staff.

“Why haven’t you put the AC on? It’s unbearable, it’s so hot!” was his complaint.

“The AC cannot be run right now. This is how it is here,” the staff member retorted. From that exchange, I realized that they still have a long way to go in terms of customer service.

The guy asked again, “Can I stand near the fan in the canteen area, then?”

It was only then that I started wondering if it was just him feeling the heat, or if I was too.

He was right. It was definitely warm! I wasn’t profusely sweating, but there was an uncomfortable warmth, perhaps from the heat emitted by the lights. 🔥

As I sat there, contemplating the poor ventilation, the bell finally rang, calming my impatience. 🔔 Time to head to the racing track…
